Where the problem may be

Are you registered with us?

If this is your first visit, please register.

Did you enter your login name and password correctly?

• To log in, enter your login name and password correctly in the white fields of the login box in the top right corner.
• Your login name is the contact e-mail you entered when registering. It goes in the upper field.
• The password is the one you set when registering and goes in the lower field.

Is your keyboard set up correctly? Check whether

• CAPS LOCK is not turned on. How can you tell? Type something into this field: If the letters are capitals, CAPS LOCK is on. Turn it off by pressing the CAPS LOCK key.
• you have not selected a different keyboard layout (QWERTY / QWERTZ). How can you tell? Click in this field and press the key between the letters T and U: If the letter Z appears, you probably have a Czech or German layout (QWERTZ). If the letter Y appears, you probably have an English layout (QWERTY). To switch layouts press left Alt and Shift together (or Windows + Space).

Have you forgotten...

...your password?

For security reasons, passwords are not sent by e-mail. Enter your contact e-mail and we will send you a link to set a new password (the link is valid for 1 hour and works only once).

If you cannot access your contact e-mail (you forgot its password, etc.), contactează-ne.

...your login name?

Your login name is your contact e-mail.

If you do not know which one it is, enter your telephone number and the e-mail will be shown. The number must be in international format without spaces (for example +420123456789).

Is your account blocked?

How an account gets blocked

If you try to log in several times in a row with the wrong password, your user account is automatically blocked for security reasons. You will know because after a login attempt a page appears saying that your account is blocked.

How to unblock the account

If your user account is blocked, enter your contact e-mail (the e-mail registered with us) in the following form and we will send you instructions on how to unblock it. If you have forgotten which e-mail you gave as your contact e-mail when registering, continue here.
