A web app for nightclubs, cabarets and table dance clubs. Artist bookings, shifts, attendance, commissions and payouts – clearly organised on your phone or computer, no installation needed.

Artist shift plans linked to engagements and a club calendar with opening hours, holidays and exceptions.
QR code attendance
A personal QR code for each artist and a kiosk at the entrance – check-in and check-out are recorded automatically.

An overview of artists’ entitlements from dances, drinks and shows, payout calculation and payout confirmation.

Who is at the club, who is arriving and when they leave – connected with EUCA agency engagements.

Who it is for
For clubs that work with the EUCA agency and want their day-to-day operations under control. Club Management is an optional module – we will be happy to send you the terms.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Club Management runs in the browser; you can add it to your phone as an app.
Is my club’s data kept separate?
Yes. Each club sees only its own data, and the agency has no automatic access to the club’s detailed revenue.
How do I start?
