Account without an e-mail?
Accounts created by a club often have no e-mail. A new temporary password will be issued by the shift lead or club manager in Club Management (Club users).
Check your login details
- You can sign in with your e-mail or the username given to you by the club.
- Check that CAPS LOCK or a different keyboard layout (QWERTZ / QWERTY) is not switched on.
- On a phone, watch out for automatic capitalisation of the first letter and a trailing space.
- If you have set up a passkey, use the Sign in with passkey button.
Account blocked
After several failed attempts, sign-in is blocked for a while. Please wait 15 minutes or set a new password using the link above. If the problem persists, write to us – we will be happy to help.
